Consists of a mix of river sand, metal aggregate (5 — 20mrn) by weight basis and cement in separate bags. Only necessary to add required quantity of water to make a workable concrete mix.
Equivalent concrete grade is G20 and TOKYO SUPERMIX PREMIX CONCRETE can be used for slabs, driveways, pavements etc. Available in 50kg bags. 30 bags can cover an area of 10ft x 10ft with a thickness of 0.25ft.
Other strength grades of concrete can be supplied upon request.

Application Method
Mixing
Empty the containing bag on to a suitable surface or Concrete mixer.
Empty the cement bag on top of aggregate and mix.
Mix properlly cement and aggregates with a shovel.
Add 4–5liters of water to mix for workable consistency in case of hand mixing with a shovel OR Add 4–4.5 liters of water to mix for workable consistency in case of machine mixing.
Application
Clean and dampen the area where the concrete will be placed.
Place the concrete.
compact the concrete.
level the concrete (use wooden Straight edge)
Other Notes
Cover the concrete with opaque polythene sheet for 6-10 hrs.
Maintain a wet surface by spraying water after concrete sets (approx. 12 hours)
Cure the concrete, keep surface wet for 7 days.
