This new wall plastering formula comes with numerous advantages including higher efficiency, reduced labour requirement. elimination of entire wasteful processes and ultimately lower costs. This revolutionary product requires only one coat of application, removes the requirement of waiting for the plaster to set for a week and completely does away with the requirement of a traditional application of a skim coat for interior walls before painting. These features contribute towards significant cost savings, reduction in labour requirement, and considerable time savings for efficiency gains in construction projects.
Recommended Usage
Application Method
Mixing
Pour 7 litres of clean water into bucket.
Empty entire 25kg bag of Tokyo Supercast gradually in to the same bucket while mixing using a stirrer (rpm <500)
Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes into a thick consistency.
Application
Apply plaster on to a dry surface with mason’s trowel or Japanese float.
Push the Japanese float/trowel in an upward motion to spread the plaster.
Use the Straight edge to level the plaster to create an even surface.
For best results try to maintain a coating thickness within 5mm-20mm.
Other Notes
Use Supercast within 1hr of mixing.
Not necessary to wet wall surface beftore plastering.
Specially recommended for internal wall plaster.
